- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One star (prefer zero) because Dr. Kugler has horrible bedside manners. He may be a good surgeon but his attitude towards his patients needs to change. I was actually sitting in the waiting room when a woman was complaining about him to the office manager. I refuse to continue to see him. He didn't understand my pain at all. Wouldn't do my surgery until I lost 40lbs within a 2 month time period which is extreme. I finally found an orthopedic who will do my surgery and who is understanding of my pain. No one should have to deal with a Dr. like this.March 25, 2017by LaLa
