  I visited this office today with my mother. We waited in the reception area for 45-50 minutes after appointment time of 2PM. When I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be, she snapped back and said she just got back from lunch. Professional demeanor was non existent. The office manager then came over who was not much better. Another 5 minutes passed and we were called to see Dr. Joshua. He was abrupt and his attitude towards me and my mother was inpatient. He mentioned we were free to see another doctor in the future. Apparently, he was notified by his front desk that we were not happy with the office or lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this office or this doctor. We will gladly go elsewhere where the office staff is properly trained and the doctor understands how patient's should be treated with respect.
